Wellbeing Hub Mindfulness Moments
Access guided mindfulness and calm breathing exercises produced by Jack Archibald. Jack is a proud Gumbaynggirr Man raised in Coffs Harbour, NSW. Some mindfulness exercises are presented in Gumbaynggirr language, which acts as a unique bridge between First Nation peoples’ knowledge and creates a deeper awareness of self and wellbeing. Cultural mindfulness moments are all about journey, stories and connecting to country.
We recommend listening to mindfulness moments at any stage throughout your day to create a sense of calm and reduced stress.
