Telehealth services provide a high standard of care. Research consistently shows that for most mental health conditions psychological counselling via telehealth is as effective as face-to-face. Similarly, people’s overall satisfaction with telehealth is comparable to face-to-face appointments.

We’ve made it easy for you to find a registered, trained, and experienced clinician who can help you achieve your mental health and wellbeing goals.

To find the right person for you, either use the filter to shortlist clinicians based on your preferences or browse our team of clinicians.

Choose the clinician you want to speak with and book your appointment online – mental health support is just a few clicks away.

Research consistently supports telehealth as effective both in terms of clinical effectiveness (e.g., symptom reduction, increase in quality of life), and in terms of satisfaction (i.e., accessibility, convenience etc.) for a range of mental health conditions and other concerns (including depression, anxiety, panic disorder, eating disorders, substance use problems, chronic pain, bipolar disorder, OCD, adjustment disorder, as well as family and relationship problems to name a few). Research has also shown that online psychological assessments and interventions can be successfully delivered to children, adults, and older adults.

Studies comparing telehealth to face-to-face treatment generally conclude that telehealth is as effective as face-to-face treatment. Similarly, people’s overall satisfaction with telehealth is comparable to face-to-face appointments.

Your GP and clinician can talk to you about whether telehealth consultations are appropriate and suitable for you.
