We deliver online psychological counselling, relationship counselling, and wellbeing resources to young people, adults, couples, families, children (aged 8+) and organisations. We partner with qualified and experienced psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and relationship counsellors to support you to achieve your mental health and wellbeing goals. Our clinicians use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you get to where you want to be.
Interrelate deliver professional services like a big business, but with the heart of a non-profit. We are committed to supporting relationships to thrive at all stages of life. We deliver services spread across 35+ physical locations (plus online) to more than 110,000 clients each year and we’re backed by qualified staff and nearly 100 years of trusted expertise in relationship and mental health services.
Since our humble beginnings as the Father & Son Welfare Movement of Australia in 1926, we have worked with individuals and families to support the development of healthy relationships. Interrelate offer counselling, mediation, children’s contact services, early intervention mental health services, parenting support, and relationship and sexuality education programs to schools, students, and families.
We are the psychological counselling service of Interrelate who has close to 100 years’ experience delivering quality family, relationship, and mental health services. Proudly, all profits generated by I relate. Health are channelled to Interrelate, enabling further support to communities in need.
