Anxiety and depression results

Score Range: 20-24 (Mild level of reported psychological distress)

Your results on the K10 self-report measure fall into the MILD RANGE.

Your K10 results indicate that you’ve likely been experiencing mild levels of psychological distress in the past four weeks.

The K10 result is not a diagnosis. However, the symptoms you’re reporting are associated with mild symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.

Mental health challenges are common and treatable.
More than 2 in 5 Australians aged 16-85 have experienced a mental health condition at some time in their life. Every year 1 in 5 Australians live with a mental health condition.
