Your results on the K10 checklist fall within the LOW RANGE.
Your answers on the K10 indicate that you’ve likely been experiencing little or no symptoms of psychological distress in the past four weeks.
The K10 is a screening tool that measures someone’s current level of psychological distress, by symptoms of anxiety and depression. It is possible the checklist did not consider everything that is happening for you. If you feel the K10 checklist didn’t cover everything that’s going on for you – we encourage you to speak with either your GP or health professional.
