We offer low cost telehealth psychological counselling so you can get the care you deserve.
If for any reason our fees are preventing you from accessing psychological counselling you can request a fee review to bulk bill your service. Please complete and submit our application form or call 1300 473 528 to discuss further options. We don’t want cost to be the reason you don’t receive the care you deserve.

Our goal is to provide affordable health care in a timely manner. In the event that you need to cancel, we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your time slot to another person seeking support. Unfortunately, any appointment cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, including no-shows, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
The Better Access initiative gives Medicare rebates to help people access mental health care from a psychologist, social worker, or occupational therapist.
With a valid mental health treatment plan and GP referral, you can claim up to 10 individual (plus 10 group) Medicare subsidised sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year.

To apply for a fee review, please submit an application form. Completed applications are received by our customer service team. Eligible applications are allocated to clinicians on a case-by-case arrangement, depending on caseload availability.
